Rice pudding with cinnamon and cardamom

This rice pudding is creamy and rich with a pleasant spice of cinnamon and cardamom. Can be eaten cold or hot, for breakfast or as an evening meal. The dish is both gluten-free and lactose-free.

Ingredients: long grain rice 43%, water, lactose-free cream, sugar, rapeseed oil, salt, added iodine, emulsifier: E472e, modified corn starch, thickeners: guar gum, xanthan gum and fruit kernel flour, flavouring, cinnamon, cardamom.
May contain traces of wheat, celery, soy, egg and mustard.
